教育工作者应认真研究批评教育方法,这是由教育对象的特殊性决定的。遗憾的是有的人却忽视了一点,发现了学生错误,动辄讽刺、训斥、体罚……一味地依靠教师权威,生硬地要求学生对越轨行为认错。这样的批评不仅毫无效果,而且还会使学生产生逆反心理,有时还会伤害学生的自尊心,严重影响学生的身心健康。这就需要为人师表的教育工作者在批评过后别忘了给学生一种抚慰,并针对不同情况运用恰当的方式。
Educators should carefully study and criticize the method of education, which is determined by the particularity of the object of education. It is a pity that some people neglect a bit and find mistakes made by students, frequent sarcasm, reproach and corporal punishment. They blindly rely on the authority of teachers and rigidly require students to admit mistakes of deviance. Such criticism is not only ineffective, but also makes students produce rebellious, and sometimes hurt students’ self-esteem, seriously affecting the physical and mental health of students. This requires educated educators who have not yet forgotten to give a soothing feeling to students and apply appropriate methods to different situations.
