长期积压的心理压力、心理问题如不能得到有效宣泄、疏导、调适或释放,可能会导致学生走上歧途,要根据学生的心理特点与心理发展规律探索健康教育工作思路。在开展心理健康教育时不但要提供心理知识,针对性疏导与解决学生的心理疾患,同时要注重对心理弹性模量进行全面解释,挖掘优势心理品质,让学生学会善待自己、调节情绪与控制情感,提高心理抵抗力,产生快乐感、满意感与幸福感。目前心理健康教育还存在内容窄化、形式单一等问题,为了使教育形式变得生活化、大众化,可以在思政教学中融入心理教育。本文探讨了思政教学中的心理健康教育问题,旨在矫正不良心理状态。
