目的:研究缺氧诱导因子-1α(hypoxia inducible factor-1alpha,HIF-1α)与缺氧诱导因子-2α(hypoxia inducible factor-2alpha,HIF-2α)在宫颈癌组织中的表达和相关性。方法:免疫组织化学染色方法检测宫颈癌组织中HIF-1α与HIF-2α的表达。用SPSS统计软件分析HIF-1α与HIF-2α在宫颈癌组织中的相关性。结果:原位癌组、浸润癌组HIF-1α蛋白阳性表达率分别为57.7%、78.6%;HIF-2α蛋白阳性表达率分别为65.4%、85.7%,宫颈癌组织中HIF-1α阳性表达得分为1.56±1.60,HIF-2α阳性表达得分为4.51±1.04,HIF-1α和HIF-2α蛋白的表达呈显著正相关(rs=0.855,P<0.05)。结论:宫颈原发癌、浸润癌中,HIF-1α、HIF-2α表达与宫颈癌临床病理特征有密切关系,且两者表达呈显著正相关,两者在宫颈癌的发生发展及浸润转移过程中可能起协同作用。
Objective: To investigate the expression and correlation of hypoxia inducible factor-1alpha (HIF-1alpha) and hypoxia inducible factor-2alpha (HIF-2alpha) in cervical cancer. Methods: Immunohistochemical staining was used to detect the expression of HIF-1α and HIF-2α in cervical cancer. SPSS statistical software was used to analyze the correlation between HIF-1α and HIF-2α in cervical cancer. Results: The positive rates of HIF-1α protein in carcinoma in situ and invasive carcinoma were 57.7% and 78.6%, respectively. The positive rates of HIF-2α protein were 65.4% and 85.7% Was 1.56 ± 1.60. The positive expression of HIF-2α was 4.51 ± 1.04. There was a significant positive correlation between the expression of HIF-1α and HIF-2α (rs = 0.855, P <0.05). Conclusions: The expression of HIF-1α and HIF-2α in primary cervical cancer and invasive carcinoma is closely related to the clinicopathological features of cervical cancer, and the expression of HIF-1α and HIF-2α is positively correlated with the occurrence and development of cervical cancer and invasion and metastasis May play a synergistic role.
