通过温州赵山渡引水工程许岙隧洞进口开挖的工程试验 ,论述了六空孔平行直孔掏槽与水平 V形掌子面的联合应用对提高小断面隧洞开挖单循环进尺的重要作用。试验结果表明 ,这种联合应用 ,可使小隧洞单循环进尺提高到隧洞宽度的 94.3 ,隧洞高度的 12 2 .2 ,这一数据大大超过了国内现有文献资料开挖单循环进尺与洞径的比值 ,并且这一联合应用为小断面隧洞开挖提供了一种新方法 ,使隧洞开挖单循环进尺不再受洞径减小的影响 ,对指导同类工程施工有重要意义。
Through the engineering experiment of entrance excavation of Xutangdu water diversion project in Wenzhou, the joint application of parallel hole cut and horizontal V-shaped face of six holes is discussed to play an important role in improving single-cycle excavation of small section tunnel excavation. The test results show that the combined application can increase the single-cycle footage of small tunnels to 94.3% of the tunnel width and 122.2% of the tunnel height, which greatly exceeds that of the existing domestic literature Hole ratio, and this joint application provides a new method for excavation of small section tunnels. The single cycle footage excavation tunnel is no longer affected by the decrease of tunnel diameter, which is of great significance to guide the construction of similar projects.
