目的:探讨慢性支气管炎型与非慢性支气管炎型COPD患者达极量运动后气体交换指标恢复速率是否存在差异。方法:募集37例慢性支气管炎型COPD患者、45例非慢性支气管炎型COPD患者及50例健康志愿者,收集受试者的一般人口学资料,并完成6分钟步行试验、肺功能检查及心肺运动试验。结果:极量运动后,慢性支气管炎组COPD患者摄氧量恢复率(_(O_2)/t slope)、二氧化碳排出量恢复率(_(CO_2)/t slope)及分钟通气量恢复率(_E/t slope)均较非慢性支气管炎型组减慢。多元回归分析示_(O2)/t slope、_(CO_2)/t slope均与RV/TLC及DL_(CO)相关;而_E/t slope则与RV/TLC相关。结论:与非慢性支气管炎型患者相比,慢性支气管炎型COPD患者达极量运动后气体交换指标恢复减慢。
Objective: To investigate whether there is difference in the rate of recovery of gas exchange after maximal exercise in COPD patients with chronic bronchitis and non-chronic bronchitis. Methods: Thirty-seven COPD patients with chronic bronchitis, 45 COPD patients without COPD and 50 healthy volunteers were enrolled in this study. General demographic data were collected and 6-minute walk test, pulmonary function test and cardiopulmonary bypass Exercise test. Results: The recovery rate of oxygen uptake (_ (O_2) / t slope), the recovery rate of carbon dioxide (_2_ (CO_2) / t slope) and the recovery rate of minute ventilation in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease group (_E / t slope) than non-chronic bronchitis group slowed. Multivariate regression analysis showed that both RV_ (O2) / t slope and _ (CO_2) / t slope were related to RV / TLC and DL_ (CO), while _E / t slope was related to RV / TLC. CONCLUSIONS: Compared with non-chronic bronchitis patients, the recovery of gas exchange in patients with chronic bronchitis COPD is slowed down after maximal exercise.
