眼睑及其附近巨大血管瘤3例,年龄5～10个月。均经多次冷凝、硬化等治疗,血管瘤不仅未消退,而且增长更快。已严重影响视功能。后经彻底手术切除,治愈。报道如下。例1 男性,10个月。生后左下睑黄豆大血管瘤,渐长大,曾多次用冷凝及鱼肝油酸钠血管瘤内注射治疗,瘤体不见缩小反而生长加速。检查见左下睑、颊部、眦部及部分上眼睑为暗紫色血管瘤占据,表面凹凸不平,软硬不一,瘤体约5cm×4.5cm×1.5cm,角膜4/5已被血管瘤遮盖。
