沿黄协作带,在过去一年半的时间里,曾召开过青岛、郑州、石臼所(日照)、西安等多次会议,研究开发沿黄协作带,建设发展问题。阿拉山口通车后,欧亚大陆桥连通,又使陇(陇海)、宝(宝新)联在一起,建立新的协作带,对十几个省、区的发展将起巨大影响和作用。宁夏位处这两个协作带的中段,使宁夏成为欧亚大铁路的重要枢纽。参加这盛会时,得有机会参观、考查。受益甚大,即兴诌了诗词数首,以表情怀。
In the past year and a half, the Yellow River Cooperation Zone held many meetings such as Qingdao, Zhengzhou, Shijiu Sunshine (Sunshine) and Xi’an to study and develop the Yellow River Cooperation Zone and the development and construction. After the opening of the Alashankou port, the Eurasian Continental Bridge connects and makes Long (Longhai) and Bao (Baoxin) connect together to establish a new cooperation zone, which will exert a tremendous influence on the development of a dozen of provinces and districts.
