Runt相关转录因子3(RUNX3)基因在胃癌中被发现以来便以抑癌基因的身份被国内外众多学者所关注,认为其可能是胃癌发生、发展相关基因中的关键性基因,此后在其他多种恶性肿瘤中也均有发现。并且,在多种肿瘤中RUNX3基因高甲基化能使其表达失活,尤其与胃癌的发生密切相关。去甲基化能使沉默的RUNX3重新表达恢复抑制肿瘤发生的功能。RUNX3基因为胃癌未来靶向治疗提供了一种新思路。
Runt-related transcription factor 3 (RUNX3) gene was discovered as a tumor suppressor gene in gastric cancer since many scholars at home and abroad have been concerned about that it may be a key gene in the genesis and development of gastric cancer. Since then, A variety of malignant tumors have also been found. Moreover, RUNX3 gene hypermethylation in a variety of tumors can inactivate its expression, especially closely related to the occurrence of gastric cancer. Demethylation can restore silencing RUNX3 expression to suppress tumorigenesis. RUNX3 gene provides a new idea for the future targeted therapy of gastric cancer.
