人参首乌精的化学成分甚为复杂,对制订质控标准造成很大困难,因此,影响本品的评优和出口。本文报告运用乙醇沉淀、乙醚—乙酸乙酯脱酯、正丁醇—硷水反流分布法等一系列措施,分离提纯人参首乌精中的人参总皂甙,应用比色法测定其含量。同时以人参总皂甙的含量为指标,做了深入的研究,确定了人参首乌精的质量控制标准及其实验方法。本文还对该项实验研究的准确性和可靠性进行了深入的探讨。
The chemical composition of ginseng Shouwujing is very complicated, which makes it difficult to formulate quality control standards. As a result, it affects the evaluation and export of this product. This article reported the use of ethanol precipitation, ethyl ether - ethyl ester deesterification, n-butanol - hydrophobic water reflux distribution method, a series of measures, separation and purification of ginseng Shouwujing ginseng total saponin, colorimetric determination of its content. At the same time, with the content of total ginsenosides as an indicator, an in-depth study was conducted to determine the quality control standards and experimental methods for ginseng Shouwujing. This article also conducted an in-depth discussion on the accuracy and reliability of this experimental study.
