目的鉴别血尿来源，提高出血部位的诊断率。方法利用ＡＢＣ免疫染色法观察了１４８例血尿标本中红细胞表面ＴＨＰ（Ｔａｍｍ－ＨｏｒｓｆａｌＰｒｏｔｅｉｎ）含量，同时与红细胞形态学法进行了对比。结果肾小球血尿（６９例）红细胞ＴＨＰ染色阳性率大于７０％，非肾小球性血尿（７９例）阳性率小于３０％。ＴＨＰ免疫染色正确率为９５．２％，形态学检验的正确率为８９．９％，二者总符合率为９２．５％。结论ＴＨＰ抗体ＡＢＣ免疫染色法能较客观的鉴别血尿来源，提高血尿出血部位的诊断率
Purpose To identify the source of hematuria and improve the diagnosis of bleeding site. Methods The content of THP (Tamm-HorsfalProtein) on erythrocytes in 148 cases of hematuria was observed by ABC immunostaining, and compared with erythrocyte morphometry. Results The positive rate of erythrocyte THP staining was more than 70% in glomerular hematuria (69 cases) and less than 30% in non - glomerular hematuria (79 cases). The correct rate of THP immunostaining was 95.2%, the accuracy of morphological test was 89.9%, the total coincidence rate was 92.5%. Conclusion THP antibody ABC immunostaining method can more objectively identify the source of hematuria, improve the diagnosis of hematuria bleeding site
