回波幅度降落法是超声波探伤中一种极为普通的缺陷尺寸测定方法,它是根据超声波探头移动时所监视的反射脉冲的波幅变化来测定缺陷尺寸的,其局限性与缺陷几何形状和尺寸有关。本文论述的结果表明:使回波幅度下降6dB、10dB 和20dB 的探头位移量与缺陷距离、缺陷尺寸有关。DDS 图可提供用纵波扩散声束,以回波降落法测定全埋于材料内部以及开口于侧壁的缺陷的可用性方面的信息。
Echo amplitude descent method is a very common ultrasonic flaw detection defect size measurement method, which is based on changes in the amplitude of the reflected pulse monitored by the ultrasonic probe to measure the size of the defect, and its limitations and defect geometry and size . The results discussed in this paper show that the displacement of the probe that reduces the echo amplitude by 6dB, 10dB and 20dB is related to the defect distance and defect size. The DDS chart provides information on the usability of the defect by using the P-wave diffuse sound beam to measure the integrity of the material buried inside the material and opening to the side wall.
