起重机是工矿、仓库、码头等部门常用的起重设备,在工业生产过程中有着重要作用。随着工业自动化的发展,PLC的高可靠性和变频器对电动机控制的优越性日益体现,使得PLC和变频器在工厂自动化和大型工业设备中的应用越来越广泛。本文结合工程实例,对变频器和PLC在垃圾发电厂抓斗起重机自动化控制系统中的应用作了详细的描述。
Crane is mining industry, warehouses, terminals and other departments commonly used lifting equipment, in the industrial production process has an important role. With the development of industrial automation, the high reliability of PLC and the superiority of inverter in motor control are increasingly reflected, making PLC and inverter more and more widely used in factory automation and large-scale industrial equipment. In this paper, the engineering examples are given, and the application of frequency converter and PLC in the crane crane automatic control system of garbage power plant is described in detail.
