采用扫描电镜等方法对湿式研磨铝矿用低铬铸铁磨球失效进行了分析.结果表明,磨球失效原因系强碱腐蚀与冲击磨损的综合作用,而腐蚀所起的作用更为重要.
The failure of low-chromium cast iron balls for wet milled aluminum mines was analyzed by means of scanning electron microscopy, etc. The results show that the cause of failure of the balls is the combined effect of alkali corrosion and impact wear, and the role played by corrosion is even more important.
