近年来,青海省人事厅紧紧围绕中心工作,狠抓制度建设,不断加快建章立制的步伐,坚持以人为本、依法治事的思想,特别是在2001年度面向社会公开考录工作中不断加大工作力度,认真贯彻《国家公务员暂行条例》、《国家公务员录用暂行规定》(人录发[1994]1号)及《青海省国家公务员录用实施办法》 (青政办[1996]117号),进一步深化干部人事制度改革,并在实践中不断完善和创新。
