目的探讨CT扫描及多平面重建技术(MPR)在枢椎齿状突骨折术前的应用价值。方法分析32例齿状突骨折的CT表现,图像资料经工作站处理进行多平面重组(MPR)。结果尖部骨折5例,基底部骨折20例,枢椎体部骨折7例。齿状突移位23例,寰椎异常旋转伴寰椎或枢椎骨折4例。讨论车祸是导致齿状突骨折的最主要原因,CT扫描及其多平面重建技术(MPR)是诊断本病的得力手段,诊断必须结合外伤史及其特有体征。
Objective To investigate the value of CT scan and multiplanar reconstruction (MPR) in the treatment of axonal odontoid fracture. Methods The CT findings of 32 cases of odontoid fractures were analyzed. The image data were processed by workstation for multiplanar reconstruction (MPR). Results In 5 cases of tip fracture, 20 cases of basilar fracture and 7 cases of fracture of lateral vertebral body. Tooth odontoid shift in 23 cases, atlantoaxial rotation accompanied by atlantoaxial or axial fracture in 4 cases. It is the most important reason to discuss the accident of car odontoid fractures to discuss the car accident. The CT scan and multiplanar reconstruction (MPR) are effective means to diagnose this disease. The diagnosis must be combined with the history of trauma and its characteristic signs.
