党旗下这张笑脸,是北京市西马物业管理有限责任公司(以下简称“西马物业”)年轻的总经理助理周坚。照片摄于2015年12月21日。这一天,在这间物业公司简陋的会议室里,周坚光荣地成为了中国共产党正式党员。周坚比在办公室工作的李莅早一年入职。2005年11月他从上一家物业公司工程部主管位置上离职,应聘到西马物业做了工程部的经理。当年的工程部是由退休返聘的老师傅、再就业下岗职工和农村进城务工人员组成的二十多人的团队。物业管理专科续读装饰装潢本科毕业的周坚成了那时公司年纪最轻、学历最高的一线部门领导。
