随着改革的不断深化和市场经济体制的日趋完善,个体私营经济以其小、快、灵的经营机制得到了迅速发展,并已成为东矿区经济新的增长点,显示出了强大的生命力。一、现状党的十一届三中全会以后,东矿区的个体私营企业如雨后春笋般萌生起来,1981年1601户,1982年2085户,到93年底已发展到7515户,从业人员14035人,注册资金4954万元,上缴税金1427万元,今年一季度又上新合阶,户数达7643户,从业人员14913人,注册资金5616.48万元,上缴税金269.5万元。上述情况说明这样一个基本事实:东矿区的个体私营经济发展已具有一定的规模。形成了以工业产业为龙头以商业服务为核心的八大骨干行业,分布面积广,经营品种多,活跃了城乡经济,繁荣了城乡市场,带来了可观的社会效益和经济效益。同时,个体私营经济的发展为城乡待业青年找到了就业的门路,现全区已安置待业及社会闲散人员7300多
