概况 1981年10月28至29日在英国伦敦举行了一次由英国皇家学会组织,R.B.Clark教授主持的“石油污染对海洋生物种群、群落和生态系统长期效应”讨论会。美、英、法、挪威和加拿大等国从事海洋污染研究专业的许多著名科学家参加了会议,中国科学院海洋研究所研究员吴宝铃应邀参加此会。著名海洋生物学家、英国纽卡塞大学动物系教授、皇家环境污染委员会委员、“海洋污染通报”主编R.B.Clark、任大会主席,并致开幕词和闭幕总结报告。下面将一些科学家报告的主要内容简要介绍如下。
Overview A seminar organized by R.B.Clark organized by the Royal Society of England on October 28-29, 1981, held in London, England, discussed the “long-term effects of petroleum pollution on marine organisms, communities and ecosystems”. Many famous scientists engaged in marine pollution research in the United States, Britain, France, Norway and Canada attended the meeting. Wu Baolin, a researcher at the Institute of Oceanology, Chinese Academy of Sciences, was invited to attend the conference. Renowned marine biologist, Professor Emeritus of the University of Newcastle, UK, member of the Royal Committee on Environmental Pollution, R.B.Clark, editor-in-chief of The Marine Pollution Bulletin, chaired the meeting and delivered opening remarks and closing concluding reports.
