目前在我国农房墙体材料中,粘土砖仍占有主要地位。农房建筑的墙体材料通常占整个建筑造价的30~40%。由于传统的粘土砖具有毁良田、耗能多、自重大和面积利用系数低等缺点,严重影响了农业生产和农房建筑的发展。据资料介绍,我国目前每年产粘土砖1500亿块、烧砖耗煤2500~3000万吨,毁良田近2万亩。为此,我们和江苏省盐城市水泥制品厂协作,利用当地地方材料(细砂)和废渣(粉煤灰)研制了水泥粉煤灰细砂混凝土农用空
At present, clay bricks still occupy a major position in the wall materials of rural housing in China. The wall material of a farmhouse building usually accounts for 30-40% of the entire construction cost. Due to the disadvantages of traditional clay bricks such as damaged land, high energy consumption, heavy self-use, and low area utilization coefficient, it has seriously affected the development of agricultural production and rural housing construction. According to information, China currently produces 150 billion clay bricks per year, 25% to 30 million tons of bricks and coal, and nearly 20,000 acres of fertile land. To this end, we cooperated with Yancheng Cement Products Factory of Jiangsu Province to develop cement fly ash fine sand concrete for agricultural space using local local materials (fine sand) and waste residue (fly ash).
