目的比较3种不同桩道冲洗液5.25%NaClO溶液和15.00%EDTA溶液、蒸馏水、0.20%氯己定溶液对纤维桩剪切粘结强度的影响。方法选取30颗单根管前磨牙,距釉牙骨质界上2 mm截冠,常规根管充填桩道预备后随机分为3组,分别是A组:5.25%NaClO溶液和15%EDTA溶液,B组:蒸馏水(对照组),C组:0.2%的氯己定溶液冲洗桩道,利用自酸蚀树脂水门汀(Clearfil DC Bond)将POPO纤维桩粘固于根管中。包埋并切割试样,微推出实验测试剪切粘结强度,体式显微镜观察粘结界面破坏方式,记录数据并进行统计分析。结果 C组的剪切粘结强度(5.58±0.49)MPa,高于A组(3.31±0.46)MPa(P<0.05),显著高于B组(2.06±0.26)MPa(P<0.001);界面形态学观察显示,各组样本的破坏类型均集中于混合破坏形式。结论冲洗剂的应用对纤维桩的剪切粘接强度有影响;C组的粘结效果最佳;各组样本的粘接界面多表现为混合破坏形式。
OBJECTIVE To compare the shear bond strength of fiber post with 5.25% NaClO solution and 15.00% EDTA solution, distilled water and 0.20% chlorhexidine solution of 3 different straws. Methods Thirty single root premolar teeth were cast from the enamel to the enamel border of the enamel. The conventional root canal filling stump was randomly divided into three groups: group A: 5.25% NaClO solution and 15% EDTA solution , Group B: distilled water (control group), Group C: 0.2% chlorhexidine solution was used to wash the stalk, and the POPO fiber stump was adhered to the root canal using Clearfil DC Bond. Buried and cut the sample, micro-launched experimental test shear bond strength, body-type microscope to observe the bonding interface failure mode, record the data and statistical analysis. Results The shear bond strength (5.58 ± 0.49) MPa in group C was significantly higher than that in group A (3.31 ± 0.46) MPa (P <0.05), significantly higher than that in group B (2.06 ± 0.26) MPa Morphological observation shows that the types of damage in each group are concentrated in the form of mixed destruction. Conclusion The application of rinsing agent has an influence on the shear bond strength of fiber post. The bonding effect of group C is the best. The bonding interface of each group shows mixed failure mode.
