通过对含氧化铝微粉材料热处理试验,研究了两种不同粒径的氧化铝微粉对铝矾土基喷涂料性能的影响。结果表明:粒度较小的氧化铝微粉能使体系在1300℃时产生较多的莫来石相,从而导致试样线变化减小,但在1500℃时,其相对优良的促烧结性能又使试样线变化变大。不同热处理温度下,粒度较小的氧化铝微粉能明显提高矾土基喷涂料的体积密度、常温抗折强度和耐压强度。
The effects of two kinds of alumina powders with different particle sizes on the properties of bauxite-based spray coatings were studied by heat treatment experiments on alumina-containing powders. The results show that the smaller particle size alumina powder can make the system produce more mullite phase at 1300 ℃, which leads to the decrease of the sample line. However, at 1500 ℃, the relatively good sintering performance makes Sample line changes become larger. Different heat treatment temperature, the smaller particle size of alumina powder can significantly improve the volume density of bauxite-based spray coating, room temperature and bending strength and compressive strength.
