建立居民健康档案是社区卫生工作的重要内容之一,在实际工作中碰到这样那样的难点,本文总结分析了工作实际中发现的几个带有共性的问题,提出相应的解决对策。指出为更好地建立居民健康档案要对建档人员统一进行培训,提高人员的业务水平,需要进行社区动员,需要依据居民不同特征采取不同建档方法,需要对健康档案本身进行不断完善,特别指出不能为了建档而建档,工作的重点应是切实提高人民群众的医疗和保健知识水平、治病防病,为老百姓造福。
The establishment of residents’ health records is one of the important contents of community health work. In the practical work, such difficulties are encountered. This article summarizes and analyzes several common problems found in the actual work and puts forward corresponding solutions. Pointed out that in order to establish a better resident file, it is necessary to train the archiving personnel uniformly and to improve the professional level of the staff. Community mobilization needs to be carried out. Different archiving methods need to be adopted according to different characteristics of the residents, and the health archives themselves need to be continuously improved. Pointing out that it is impossible to file a document for archival purposes. The emphasis of the work should be on earnestly raising the people’s level of knowledge on medical and health care, treating diseases and preventing diseases and benefiting ordinary people.
