秋季是果品陆续成熟的季节,而果品采收时期的适时与否,对果实的产量、品质有着直接的影响。采收过早,不仅产量低、品质差,而且不耐贮藏,过晚会导致有些品种大量落果,加之过分成熟的果实,不仅果肉松软,而且不耐贮运。目前适宜采收期的标准很多,但生产上常用的有以下三种:
