“科学发展观”是十七大报告的核心内容,“以人为本,全面、协调、可持续发展,统筹兼顾”不仅是经济建设的指导方针,更是我们科学理财的努力方向。结合刚刚结束的2007年中央经济工作会议、财政工作会议精神,我们对理财版2008年的宣传报道要点及内容进行了统筹安排。1、全面贯彻党的十七大精神,深入贯彻落实科学发展观。2008年宣传报道的重点是围绕转变经济发展方式和完善社会主义市场经济体制、继续加强和改善宏观调控、着力优化经济结构和提高经济增长质量,及时介绍、分析、解读新出台的财税、金融、国资等相关法律法规政策,说明政策出台的背景、意义,分析对企业的影响以及如何应对,引导企业正确理解和运用。
