发展具有核心竞争力的大企业集团,是天津市经济结构调整和企业改革创新的必然要求。天津的经济结构战略性调整实质是社会资源的一次重新整合,是以市场为导向进行的资源重组和优化配置过程。本文在分析天津市培育具有核心竞争力企业集团迫切性的基础上,找出天津市大企业与企业集团在核心竞争力上的差距,指出了培育天津市具有核心竞争力大企业集团的重组途径和政府应采取的对策建议。
The development of a large enterprise group with core competitiveness is an inevitable requirement for economic restructuring and enterprise reform and innovation in Tianjin. The strategic adjustment of Tianjin’s economic structure is essentially a re-integration of social resources and a market-oriented reorganization and optimization of resources. Based on the analysis of the urgency of fostering a group of core competence in Tianjin, this paper finds out the gap between Tianjin’s large enterprises and enterprise groups in terms of core competence and points out the ways of fostering the restructuring of Tianjin’s large core competence groups And the government should take countermeasures and suggestions.
