在技术改造运动中,我們把糠醛抽提塔的界面指示方法进行了改革,使塔的处理量和提余油質量都有所提高。以往,糠醛塔的界面是用玻璃管液面計作指示的,操作工人须經常往塔上跑,浪费劳动力;而且由于憑目測,不易看清,容易发生誤差,界面情况不能及时察觉;此外,为了防止液面計內液体凝结,还专门設立一个小房和保溫設备。在大跃进的形势下,这种指示方法已愈来愈显得不能适应生产的要求。在技术改造运动中,我們利用旧有的365-40型沉筒式液面計,改进了安装方法和沉筒尺寸,用来測量塔的界面,二个多月来的使用情况証明,指示效果很好,解决了比重差小的两种液体的界面測定問題,工人們再也不必經常往塔上跑,在仪表室內就可以讀得指示数字,从而可以及时进行必要的調整。
