前不久,笔者从永定县龙潭镇工会、劳动保障所了解到,年初以来,该镇辖区内的东兴、高吉等几家规模较大的水泥建材企业的老板,纷纷为在其企业务工的农民工购买社会养老、医疗、工伤意外保险。笔者认为,此举体现用工企业将人文关怀惠及到务工谋生的农民工群体,值得推崇(2007年11月17日《闽西日报》)。
