目的:探讨糖尿病周围神经病变的中医护理效果.方法将130例糖尿病周围神经病变患者(DPN)随机均分为观察组与对照组,每组65例.所有患者给予降血糖及饮食治疗,并且配合营养神经及活血化瘀治疗.对照组患者给予常规护理,观察组给予中药足浴、辨证施膳、运动康复等护理,护理期2个月.结果两组患者在中医症状积分、焦虑抑郁评分、空腹血糖及踝肱指数等方面的干预主效应对比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论中医护理干预可有效改善患者DPN症状以及调节情绪状态,提高糖尿病患者血液循环与足部神经传导功能. “,”Objective To explore the nursing effect of traditional Chinese medicine of diabetes peripheral neuropathy. Methods 130 patients with DPN were divided into observation group and control group, 65 cases in each group. and give promoting blood treatment. Control group with routine nursing care, nursing period 2 months. Results Two groups of patients in the TCM symptom score, anxiety, statistically signiifcant difference (P〈0.05). Conclusion TCM nursing intervention can effectively improve the symptoms of patients with DPN and adjust mood, improve blood circulation and feet nerve conduction function in patients with diabetes.
