对于任何企业而言,财务活动均为最基本的企业活动。财务活动关联与整个企业经济效益,对于企业做好各项工作都具有休戚相关的重要意义。然而,企业财务工作通常会有一些风险出现,其成因大多是由内、外部所组成,有些很难预料。当这些对于每个企业都无法避免的时候,如何去防范就成为公司和财务活动中极其重要的工作。诸多年来,捕捉企业财务风险成因以及寻觅其防范措施的探讨者不乏其人,可谓仁者见仁、智者见智。然而,其问题仍不得以遏制。笔者就此在本文中进行了有针对性的分类探讨,并提出了自己认为切实可行的防范措施。
For any business, financial activities are the most basic business activities. Relevance of financial activities and the economic efficiency of the entire enterprise, for the enterprise to do all the work has a very important relationship. However, there are usually some risks in the financial work of an enterprise. The causes are mostly composed of internal and external factors, some of which are hard to predict. When these are unavoidable for every business, how to prevent them becomes an extremely important task in corporate and financial activities. Over the years, to capture the causes of corporate financial risk and looking for its preventive measures no shortage of people who can be described as benevolent benevolence, wisdom wise. However, its problems still can not be checked. In this paper, I conducted a targeted classification of the study, and put forward what I consider practical preventive measures.
