在煤矿开采中日益广泛地采用机械式集尘器除尘。美国矿业局匹茨堡采矿与安全研究中心研制出几种小型高效集尘器,适于应用在井下工作面、采区和皮带运输机上除尘。在实验室里,对这些集尘器的除尘效率和性能均作过大量的测试,实验室的模拟试验和井下现场试验在安装位置和空气容量测定等方面都提供了更多的依据,证明它们能适应于各种采煤机械。 美国矿业局研制的文丘里管和工业纤维滤层集尘器,经实验室测试,对呼吸性粉尘的捕集效率在95%以上,超过迄今测试过的任何集尘器。湿式吸尘器(Gundlach,A—PAR型)和小直径旋流集尘器(如Merix,Donaldson等),由于体积或功率消耗最小以及耗水量最少而显得更为实用。 本报告将对各种类型集尘器的除尘效率、最大空气流量、自身体积、功率消耗以及耗水量作出评述。
In coal mining increasingly widespread use of mechanical dust collector dust. The US Mining Bureau Pittsburgh Mining and Safety Research Center has developed several small high-efficiency dust collectors, suitable for applications in underground face, mining area and belt conveyor dust. This report reviews the dust removal efficiency, maximum air flow rate, volume, power consumption, and water consumption of various types of dust collectors.
