克拉维酸(Clavulanic acid)是一种β-内酰胺酶抑制剂,其复合物Timentin[替卡西林(Ticarcillin)+克拉维酸]有较强的抗菌作用。本文研究替卡西林和克拉维酸单独及联合应用时药代动力学变化及对2种代表菌的血清杀菌活性测定。
Clavulanic acid, a beta-lactamase inhibitor, has a strong antibacterial effect against its complex Timentin [Ticarcillin + Clavulanic acid]. In this paper, ticarcillin and clavulanic acid alone and in combination pharmacokinetic changes and determination of the two kinds of bacteria to determine the bactericidal activity.
