本刊讯浙江新安化工集团股份有限公司董事会日前发布公告称,经江苏省镇江市人民政府同意,镇江市土地储备中心委托镇江市水利投资公司与新安股份控股子公司江南化工有限公司签署了土地收储补偿合同。根据合同规定,江南化工按要求在2007年12月底前停产搬迁,老厂区可获得土地收储补偿金额为1.656亿元,由水利投资公司自合同签订日至2008年4月分六期向江南化工支付。
