本文企图用正交试验法研究影响番茄杂种一代种子产量的各种因素的作用。 番茄植株的不同生长时期,花蕾不同发育期和不同授粉方式,对杂种一代种子产量有明显的影响,用正交试验法测得三因素相互的主次关系(ABC和ACB)和最佳水平组合(A_2B_2C_2)。 植株进入旺盛的营养生长和生殖生长时期,正好在杭州地区是5月中旬,杂交着果率最高,单果平均结籽数最多。盛花期授粉比蕾期授粉若果率提高,结籽数增加,重复授粉提高单果结籽数。 在投粉期间的环境条件对杂交制种的效果有一定影响,主要是适宜的温度。 用抗病性强的品种为母本,用双杆整枝调正果形大小,花数和盛花期。 利用贮藏两天的花粉,可以增加结籽数,增强发芽势和提高发芽率。
This paper attempts to use orthogonal test method to study the impact of various factors on tomato hybrid seed yield. The growth of tomato plants at different growth stages, flower buds in different developmental stages and different pollination methods had a significant effect on the hybrid seed yield. The three factors’ primary and secondary relationship (ABC and ACB) and the best combination (A_2B_2C_2).
