通过对2001-2005年西北师范大学收录SCIE论文进行统计和分析,提出了进一步提高西北师范大学SCIE收录论文数量与质量的若干建议,为今后学校制定相应的政策提供参考依据。
Based on the statistics and analysis of the papers collected from Northwest Normal University in 2001-2005, this paper puts forward some suggestions to further improve the quantity and quality of the papers cited by SCIE in Northwest Normal University, which will provide reference for the future development of SCIE papers.
