我国商品房市场价格的持续上涨是供求矛盾加剧的结果。这种供求矛盾既有总量性的也有结构性的。因此,要稳定商品房价格,必须从调整市场供求总量和供求结构入手。
The continuous rise of the market price of commercial housing in our country is the result of intensified contradiction between supply and demand. This contradiction between supply and demand both aggregate and structural. Therefore, to stabilize the price of commercial housing, we must start with adjusting the total supply and demand in the market and the structure of supply and demand.
