为探寻纳米材料的绿色合成方法,以性质温和、无毒的食品级蔗糖酯作为表面活性剂,用六水合硝酸锌和氢氧化钠为主要原料通过搅拌超声沉淀法制备纳米氧化锌,并采用X射线衍射分析、紫外光谱分析及透射电镜分析对产物进行表征,进一步确定了所合成产物的结构、物相、大小及形貌。结果表明,氧化锌达到纳米级别,尺寸为40 nm左右,而蔗糖酯能够有效改善纳米粒子的团聚现象。
In order to explore the green synthesis method of nanomaterials, food grade sucrose esters with mild and non-toxic properties were used as surfactant and zinc nitrate hexahydrate and sodium hydroxide were used as raw materials to prepare nanometer ZnO by stirring ultrasonic precipitation. Ray diffraction analysis, UV spectroscopy and transmission electron microscopy analysis of the product, further confirmed the structure, phase, size and morphology of the synthesized product. The results show that zinc oxide reaches the nanometer level, the size of about 40 nm, and sucrose esters can effectively improve the aggregation of nanoparticles.
