随着国内单克隆抗体(单抗)种类的增多和抗体标记技术的推广,白血病免疫分型在儿科临床应用日益广泛,对儿童期最常见的恶性肿瘤——AL的诊断、治疗、预后估价起重要作用。本院自1988年初至1991年5月收治初诊及复发未治AL 76例,均作单抗免疫表型检测,并结合其FAB分类、临床表现和近期疗效作初步分析。
