聚合酶链反应(PCR)是近几年才发展起来的一项新技术,应用PCR技术研究肿瘤是目前病理学领域的热点之一。本文报告了应用PCR扩增ras基因和T细胞β受体基因重排的初步结果,并对应用该技术时的注意事项进行了讨论。
Polymerase chain reaction (PCR) is a new technology developed in recent years. It is one of the hot topics in the field of pathology to apply PCR to study the tumor. This paper reports the preliminary results of gene rearrangement of ras gene and T cell beta receptor by PCR, and the precautions when applying this technique are discussed.
