国家示范性骨干院校项目建设是贯彻和落实国家教育部和财政部提出的“国家示范性高等职业院校建设计划”的行动计划。我国高职教育近年来发展势头迅猛,但是也面临诸如社会认同度不高、缺乏法律保障、办学缺少特色、政府投入不足、师资力量薄弱、办学机制不灵活以及基础条件较差等问题。建设国家示范性骨干院校项目,其对于我国高职院校的先进性和示范性主要体现在:人才培养模式、实验实训基地、师资队伍建设和教学体制改革等四方面。如何建设示范性骨干院校,可从四个方面着手:完善政策,加强示范院校试点工作;推动校企联合,加强资金管理和提高资金使用效率;创建共享型教学资源库;加强专业建设。
The construction of a national demonstration backbone university project is an action plan for implementing and implementing the “National Model Higher Vocational College Construction Plan” put forward by the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Finance. The development of higher vocational education in our country has been developing rapidly in recent years. However, such problems as low social recognition, lack of legal protection, lacking of characteristics in running schools, insufficient government investment, weak teachers, running schools with inflexible mechanisms and poor basic conditions are also facing such problems. The construction of a national demonstration backbone university project, its advanced and demonstration of our higher vocational colleges are mainly embodied in: personnel training mode, experimental training base, teaching staff construction and teaching system reform in four aspects. How to build a demonstration backbone academy can be started from four aspects: improve policies, strengthen demonstration pilot colleges and universities; promote school-enterprise cooperation, strengthen capital management and improve the efficiency of the use of funds; create a shared library of teaching resources; and strengthen professional construction.
