产硷杆菌感染国内李氏等首先报告11例。我院自1961～1978年收治5例,兹选2例报告如下。例1 男,21岁,1961年8月29日入院。入院前14天突然畏寒、发热,日发作数次,偶有呕吐、上腹痛,大便稀,日1次。T 40.3℃,P114次,心肺(-),肝脾未触及。Hb10.5g%,WBC13,200,N80%;尿蛋白微量;ESR 63mm/h。曾先后服合霉素及氯霉素各5天;链霉素1g/日,肌注8天。每改一药,体温均从40℃左右一度下降至正常,但不久后又高热。16天后发现心尖部有Ⅱ级收缩期吹风样杂音及轻微舒张期杂音,肝肋下一指半,脾肋下一指。考虑为风湿性心内膜炎,改用阿斯匹林及青霉素治疗,体温又降

Has served sedation and chloramphenicol 5 days each; streptomycin 1g / day, intramuscular injection for 8 days. Every change of a drug, body temperature were from about 40 ℃ once dropped to normal, but soon after the high fever. 16 days later found apex Ⅱ grade systolic hair-like murmur and slight diastolic murmur, liver ribs under one and a half, the next under the spleen ribs.
