根据SBR的性能特点 ,进行配方和工艺调整 ,研制出全SBR垫带。胶料配方为 :SBR 10 0 ;再生胶 10 0 ;硫化剂 5 .5 ;活性剂 6;炭黑 65 ;填充剂 40 ;软化剂 15 ;其它 12。试验结果表明 ,胶料的物理性能和工艺性能均满足生产要求 ;同时节约了NR资源 ,降低了生产成本。
According to the performance characteristics of SBR, formulation and process adjustments, developed a full SBR pad. Rubber compounding formula is: SBR 10 0; reclaimed rubber 10 0; vulcanizing agent 5 5; active agent 6; carbon black 65; filler 40; softener 15; other 12. The test results show that the physical properties and process performance of the rubber compound meet the production requirements. At the same time, NR resources are saved and the production cost is reduced.
