前不久,科技部完成了2012年度国家有关科技计划立项工作, 以国科发计〔2012〕611号文件下发各省、自治区、直辖市、计划单列市科技厅(委、局),新疆生产建设兵团科技局,国务院各有关部门科技主管单位,各有关单位。要求按照有关计划的管理办法,认真做好项目的组织实施工作。
Not long ago, the Ministry of Science and Technology completed the 2012 National Plan for Relevant Science and Technology Projects, and issued the Document No. 611 (2012) issued by the State Science and Technology Commission and the Science and Technology Department (commissions and bureaus) of all provinces, autonomous regions, municipalities directly under the Central Government, cities under separate state planning, Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps Technology Bureau, the State Council departments in charge of science and technology, the relevant units.
