目的:了解阴道念珠菌病的菌种构成及其对4种抗真菌药物的敏感性。方法:采用念珠菌定位显色培养基和真菌鉴定卡(YBC卡)进行念珠菌菌种鉴定,用法国梅里埃公司的真菌药敏试条FUN-ATB2进行药敏试验。结果:从阴道分泌物标本中共培养分离出念珠菌125株,其中白念珠菌98株(78.4%)、近平滑念珠菌14株(11.2%)、热带念珠菌9株(7.2%)、光滑念珠菌4株(3.2%)。4种念珠菌对两性霉素B敏感率达100%,非白念珠菌对5-氟胞嘧啶敏感率为100%,白念珠菌为91.8%。对氟康唑和伊曲康唑,白念珠菌、近平滑念珠菌、热带念珠菌、光滑念珠茵的敏感率分别为79.6%、92.9%、66.7%、75.0%利43.9%、71.4%、22.3%、50.0%。结论:阴道念珠菌感染仍以白念珠菌为主,临床治疗应参考体外药敏试验结果合理选用抗真菌药物,以提高其治愈率和减少耐药株的产生。
Objective: To understand the constitution of vaginal candidiasis and its sensitivity to four antifungal agents. Methods: Candida albicans colorimetric medium and fungi identification card (YBC card) were used for identification of Candida species. Fungal susceptibility test strips FUN-ATB2 from Merial Company of France were used for drug susceptibility testing. Results: There were 125 strains of Candida isolated from vaginal secretions, including 98 Candida albicans (78.4%), 14 Candida parapsilosis (11.2%), 9 Candida tropicalis (7.2%), 4 strains of bacteria (3.2%). Four Candida albicans B sensitive rate of 100%, non-Candida albicans sensitivity to 5-fluorocytosine 100%, Candida albicans 91.8%. The sensitivities of fluconazole, itraconazole, Candida albicans, Candida parapsilosis, Candida tropicalis and Candida sinicus were 79.6%, 92.9%, 66.7%, 75.0%, 43.9%, 71.4%, 22.3 %, 50.0%. Conclusion: Candida albicans infection is still mainly Candida albicans, clinical treatment should be based on the results of in vitro susceptibility testing rational use of antifungal agents to improve its cure rate and reduce the generation of resistant strains.
