目的:建立以HPLC法测定参苏丸中橙皮苷含量的方法。方法:色谱柱为Microsorb C18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-甲醇-0.2mol·L-1醋酸铵-冰醋酸(65∶11∶23∶1),柱温为23℃,检测波长为283nm,流速为0.8mL·min-1。结果:橙皮苷在10~50μg·mL-1浓度范围内与峰面积积分值呈良好线性关系(r=0.9996);平均回收率为99.37%,RSD=1.63%。结论:本法快速、简便、回收率高、重现性好。
Objective: To establish a HPLC method for determination of hesperidin in Shensu pills. Methods: The column was Microsorb C18 (250mm×4.6mm, 5μm). The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-methanol-0.2mol·L-1 ammonium acetate-glacial acetic acid (65∶1:1:23:1). The column temperature was 23°C. The detection wavelength was 283 nm and the flow rate was 0.8 mL·min-1. RESULTS: There was a good linear relationship between the hesperidin concentration and the integrated value of the peak area in the concentration range of 10-50 μg·mL-1 (r=0.9996). The average recovery rate was 99.37% and the RSD was 1.63%. Conclusion: This method is rapid, simple, with high recovery and good reproducibility.
