针对目前制氧厂氮气纯度波动的问题,提出一种控制措施——动态隔离。动态隔离即将空分和氮压机按生产能力大致匹配,分成若干组,各组间通过相应设备联锁控制的隔离阀以实现动态隔离(非完全隔离),各组内空分与氮压机建立停机联锁。在事故发生时动态隔离阀组能够将事故区域与其他区域迅速隔离,从而有效控制由于设备突然停机造成大的压力波动所引起的氮气纯度波动,同时各组之间又有机地联系在一起,使得设备交叉运行方便,编制设备运行程序后,易于实现计算机自动控制。
