教育作为人类社会进步与发展的推动力,为一切社会所必需。在人类社会发展的进程中,教育也随着社会经济的发展而不断地变化。这种巨大的变化对人的素质和能力提出更新的要求,以增新、补充、拓展、提高知识和技能为目标的新的教育观念越来越受到人们的重视。人们必须学会认知,学会做事,学会共同生活,学会生存,并将这四种学习作为每个人一生中的学习支柱。那种不学习、不更新知识的人,必将被社会淘汰。“终身教育”和“终身学习”是人们在2t世纪获得生存与发展的主动力。
Education, as a driving force for the progress and development of human society, is necessary for all societies. In the process of the development of human society, education constantly changes with the development of society and economy. This huge change has brought new requirements for the quality and ability of people.
