在劳动教养场所,心理咨询和矫治工作在对健全劳教人员人格,提高教育、改造、挽救质量和预防重新违法犯罪等方面具有重要的作用。然而,目前该项工作在各场所中开展得并不是十分的理想。本文经过深入的调查研究,认真的分析了该项工作的现状,并对日后的发展思路提出了建议,以期推动这一领域的研究和发展。
In labor camps, counseling and correction work plays an important role in improving the personality of reeducation-through-labor personnel, raising education, reforming, saving quality and preventing the recurrence of crimes. However, at present, the work carried out in various places is not very satisfactory. After deep investigation and research, this paper analyzes the status quo of the work conscientiously, and puts forward some suggestions for future development in order to promote the research and development in this field.
