实施新课改以来,为了加快教师专业成长的步伐,各级教研部门和教育学会纷纷设立优质课比赛、教学基本功比赛、信息技术与学科整合应用能力比赛,搭建平台让教师特别是青年教师在比拼中锻炼成长。也有很多学会团体征集新课程各种版本的优秀教学设计和章节课时全套的连续的教学设计,用以整合资源、优中选优,打造为基层教师提供可资借鉴
