为了比较705和新120两种试验台试验标准的等效性,使用仿真程序系统仿真了120阀在两种试验台上紧急二段阀的试验过程.通过寻找某种试验台上合格边界阀,再将边界合格阀在另一种试验台上仿真试验,寻找到两种试验台试验结果的对应关系,对比了两种试验台合格阀范围.仿真结果表明,两种试验台紧急二段阀试验标准不完全等效.705试验台制动缸充气时间较慢,制动缸初跃升压强较高.可能发生在705试验台上试验时制动缸充气较慢的合格阀、制动缸初跃升压力较低的合格阀在新120试验台上试验不合格的结果;同样也会出现在新120试验台上制动缸充气较快、初跃升压力较高的合格阀在705试验台上不合格的结果.该工作为今后新试验台的设计、制定试验规范提供了理论分析工具.
