患者 69岁,绝经17年。于1995年9月阴道出血,鲜红色,血量时多时少,无其它不适。4个月后因症状不断加重,先后两次去某医院就诊,两次诊刮术均无阳性发现,仅刮出凝血块。临床诊断:“宫腔积血”。此间未行B超及其它检查。于1996年10月9日因阴道出血加重收住本院。查体:体温36.5℃、脉搏68次/分、血压18/11kPa。一般情况尚可,心、肺、腹部未见异常。妇科检查:外阴正常,阴道内可见少量鲜红色血,宫颈光滑,子宫体增大如孕2个月大
